Q-200 dragonfly wings

We found with are test plane. Which is a Q2. If you add 2 feet to the tip of each wing you will slow the plane down to the 45kts you are looking for. You will have to move the gear inboard or go to a TriQ we found the flex on a bad landing will cause the prop to hit the ground.
