Corvair Heaven is where all corvairs go when they die. I think I stumbled upon it only about 30 minutes from my house! Of course if I were a Corvair, I might consider this place hell!
Now to find an engine. It will be a diamond in the rough, that's for sure!

Installing the notched Main Wing Trailing Edge foam core.{flv}construction/hour080{/flv}
In this video, I am putting all of the pieces of my main tank jig together. Not much to report here as I think the video speaks for itself. However, I was pleased to see that my LAST-A foam looked like it would hold its shape nicely in the mold!
Of course, now that I have it all together, I see a much better way of constructing one of these.
I plan to write an article about this in my first issue of Q-talk. I may even draw some templates for others to use if I get the time. So stay tuned! As always I invite your feedback below, or in the forums!

In this video, I screwed together all of the jig formers that I created and then flush the edges on the table saw. Next, I used my handy belt sander to sand all of the pieces so that they were exactly the same shape.
Next up I put it all together. Does anyone have a pneumatic nailer. (Boy that would come in really handy about now!)
