Here they made a mistake installing the VOR antenna. The VOR antenna is two short strips of copper foil applied in a "V" to the bottom of the Main Wing before glassing. Apparently you're supposed to leave a half inch between the strips at the center, but they joined the two pieses together.
I'm sure this wasn't fun to attempt to correct after the wing was fully glassed, but it sounds like they did it somehow.
