Hour 75 - Fuel Drain Clean-up

{flv}construction/hour075{/flv}

When I originally took the fuel drain out of the main tank I did a bit of a hack job with the jig saw. In this video, I'm cleaning up my prior work using a large hole saw with the center bit removed.  I used a piece of insulation foam to guide the saw and made two very clean holes.  These will be filled in later with a fuel proof LAST-A foam and then glassed over.

I used a similar technique to enlarge the hole in the seat back bulkhead that allows the control stick to pass through.  It looks much neater now than the 30 or so holes the original builder had put there!  Undecided
