From Donald Ulrich (New Hartford, NY)
If you have a good extension ladder, it can be used as a base for constructing a good, sturdy workbench to lay-up your Q2 wing and canard. Also a couple of old oil drums make a good support for the bench.
Cut hardboard or plywood as above for a 32" x 20' Work Surface. Clamp or secure pieces to the same section of the extension ladder. Support ladder on old oil drums or other available means. Work surface can be easily leveled by installing shims between ladder sections.
