Hi, I've been giving some thought to building some variation of a quickie and I would like to get a little bit of flight time to see what they are like. All my time is in lightly wing loaded, conventional airplanes- I currently fly a Taylorcraft. I live in Anchorage, but am doing some training in Mojave for the next six weeks. I figured this is probably the place to find some one that has a finished airplane. I would really like to get a ride in one, if anyone has a lead please let me know.
Thanks,
Shaun

The best advice I can give you is to stop by Wasabi Racing at Mojave. They have recently built a jet powered quickie, which is probably not what you want, but they have plumbed the depths of local quickie knowledge, so you can find out from them who is available locally.
