  • David Lezchuk  - Q2 pilots manual

    Thanks

Where can I find a copy?
  • Dan Yager  - Hmmm?
I'll have to dig around for it. I'm sure I've seen it. If I locate it I'll put it on the
site for everyone to see. So much to do. . . So little time!

    Keep checking back.

  • Adrian  - Tri Q fork leg
Hello Quickie pilots. Would anyone have a spare wheel fork for my Tri Q, or no where I
    could get one from?

    Many thanks.

    Adrian.
  • Dan Yager  - Tri Q Fork
    Hi Adrian,

I think there was a discussion about this on the Yahoo! Q-list Mike Quinn said the
    following:

"After talking with Doug H., I am pushing out the order to May 23 so that he can get
the announcement/information in the newsletter for those that are not on the q-list
    actively.

This would be a group order - but they will be shipped directly to your address.

A down payment of 300 dollars to get started (due to Velocity soon after 23 May), then the
rest on completion/shipping (again to Velocity). The more that we

get, the better the pricing can be.

Please do not wait till the last min. to send your intents though.

    M."

Basically he is taking orders and trying to get a group discount from Velocity. If you
need Mike's address contact me using the link in the upper right hand corner of the page.

    Cheers,

    Dan Yager

  • Adrian Bloomfield  - Tri Q fork
Hello Dan, thank you for that info. Yesterday I met a gentleman in Nottingham UK who has
agreed to cast another fork for me, using the original fork as a pattern. For the groups
information I have had another nose leg manufactured here in the UK using the 4130 steel.
It was made 3" higher at the fork end to give the front canard more incidence. I'm
pleased to say it has all been passed by our Light Aircraft Association, with a lot of
help from Gary McKirdy. Send me an email for a photo.

If the group needs anything manufacturing I have a very good engineer/pilot over here in
the UK who is very enthusiastic towards the Quickie's. If you need a price on anything,
drop me an email. You can have it at cost, plus your shipping.

Wishing you all blue sky's and tail winds. Adrian. UK
