GU elevators-----

I just found that my left GU elevator mid span spar hinge cutout was done MUCH oversize. The plans call for +/- 17 degree cutout, mine was cutout a total of about 50% of the circumference of the spar tube. I am guessing that the elevator should be replaced. Does anyone have a set of GU elevators they don't need? -Mike
Just discovered that both elevators have the same flaw.
