In this video I am continuing the work I was doing in the last video, to create a female jig to re-build my main fuel tank in. What's not shown here is that I originally screwed all of the pieces of plywood together thinking that I could cut them all out at once on my tiny band saw!
Don't try it at home! I ended up taking everything apart, (Including replacing the blade on the band saw), and then sawing all of the pieces individually. It works much better, and was a LOT faster than my 3 hour "quick and easy method."
