I am working on my corvair engine, and had a hard time locating a 1-14 tap for the end of my crank. The first guy I dealt with on eBay took my $50, but never sent me the tool! The second auction I found on eBay was for several of these. These are all NOS (New Old Stock) and still have the protective coating on them. You might receive a different manufacturer than the one shown in the picture but if you specify "Brubaker" or "Sossner" I will probably be able to accomodate the request. You will receive 1 tap for every $15 you spend! They are all tapered hand taps and seem to have the same specs: NS 1" - 14 threads per inch I'm not an expert on these (obviously) but I'll do my best to answer any questions you might have. |
