I have been working feverishly on my airplane over the last few months, and in my “spare” time I get to put my design skills to use updating this website! I recently decided that another good use of my design skills would be to reformat the Large Template sheets originally distributed by Quickie Aircraft Corporation so that they could be accurately printed at your local Kinko’s.  So I decided to open this online shop.

With the help of fellow Quickie enthusiasts (and a lot of trips to the Post Office) I was able to have my original Large Appendix Sheets digitized at 400dpi.  I reformatted the original 38” wide pages by moving some of the templates around so that they would fit on a 36” wide piece of paper.  Since most people will be able to find a print shop near them that can print pages that are 36” wide by any length, I thought this seemed to be the most appropriate size.

Here for sale are the results of this effort. I have held the printed templates up against the originals on a light table to ensure that the reformatted versions are accurate.  Therefore, I feel pretty confident that if you have these printed, and the border around the page matches the scale described on the page itself, that you will have an accurate set of templates.  However, I make no guarantee, express or implied regarding the accuracy of the templates, or the parts you build from them.  Ultimately, the responsibility lies with the builder of any experimental aircraft to ensure his/her creation is airworthy.
